Pioneer in heavy lift transportation

As from its launching date back in 1973, ITC has been very active in marine transportation by tug and barge combination. In fact, ITC introduced this way of transportation to the maritime community, offering worldwide dry transportation of the largest objects, mainly to the offshore, construction and dredging world. 

ITC also proved its flexibility and logistic strengths to move large quantities of project cargo. Four ITC barges and two tugs transported nine million tons of rocks from Ras al Khaimah to Jubail. Carrying 20,000 tons per barge load, a total of 450 roundtrips were accounted for.In six voyages ITC tugs and barges transported 62,500 pieces of gas pipe from Holland to Argentine.
